Apply to join the agency

This is the application form for new SpoonKiss video models. It takes three files and a few details, and every application is reviewed by a person.

What you're applying for

SpoonKiss is a video model agency. We represent models for paid video work and put forward the people on our books when a booking comes in. Sending this form registers your interest — it is an application, not a contract, and it does not commit you to any booking.

We ask for three files because an agency has to know two things before it can represent anyone: what you look like on camera, and that you are old enough to work.

Face photo and full body photo: These form your casting profile — the images we show a client when we put you forward. Clear and recent is better than flattering.
Age confirmation video: A short clip of you saying your full name and date of birth to camera. It proves you are 18 or over and that the photos are of you. We cannot accept an application without it.

I am 18 years of age or over. Every model we represent must be 18 or over, with no exceptions. Your video must show you stating your full name and date of birth. Applications without it are rejected. I agree to SpoonKiss storing these files to assess my application. Used to verify your age and build your casting profile, and held only as long as needed for that. Ask us any time to delete them and we will.
